Living healthy is a great way to preserve your body and be able to do things that you love for a very long time.
For the people who are worried about contracting diabetes, if you live a healthy life, the chances of you getting it are very, very small. Also, it can even remove your diabetes if done right!
- The fact of the matter is that if you live a healthy life, you will be healthy.
- Do not take life for granted as God only gives you one body to take care of.
- You need to think differently than other people who do not think about their well being.
“Researchers from the DPP took people at risk for type 2 diabetes and gave them a 24-week diet and lifestyle intervention, a medication (metformin), or placebo (a fake pill), to see if anything could lower their risk for developing diabetes.
Perhaps not surprisingly, the diet and lifestyle intervention was incredibly effective. After three years, the diet and lifestyle group had a 58% lower risk of developing diabetes than the placebo group. Participants aged 60 and older had an even better response, with a whopping 71% lower risk of developing diabetes.”
So to stop diabetes eat less sugar, do exercise and eat healthy, it sounds simple and it really is, which by the way has been proven by over 20 years of medical research.
