The goals of therapy may include making positive changes in one’s life such as: enhancing interpersonal relationships, learning to speak the language of feelings, and improving at work or school. It is a journey in self-exploration, learning new skills, and making a series of breakthroughs which help deal with life’s challenges. What therapy is not is a recipe for happiness.
